Today was assembly. I got a certificate from Whaea Cindy for a great first term. I felt good.

Puketi Forest

On Thursday I went on the bus to Puketi Forest to do the Kauri Walk.

I wanted to see a Kiwi but they were all sleeping.

My Class and Hannah came too

I saw big Kauri Tress and a Fantail 

I was tired by the end of the walk.

 

Top Energy WaterSafe Programme

 I did a water safety program at school in the pool.

we made a whirlpool and I floated around and around

I got a certificate.

Today I finished my Pepeha, Georgie helped me colour it in.

Raft race

 

Yesterday we were practising for the raft race in Whangaroa Harbour.

Here is me and Colin!

It was hard to climb on the raft but I had a lot of fun!

The Weekend

On the weekend I went to the Garden shop.

I got a Ice block and some plants

Dad got some chilly plants. 

Emergency

 On Friday 5th March

Bells ringing and we had to walk to the trees at the top of the hill, we had to stay there all day.
